Any refunds or cancellation of orders are made in terms of store credit. Unfortunately, there will not be any cash/cheque refunds and all shipping charges are to be borne by buyer.

Goods that have unacceptable defects or incorrect sizing can be refundable or exchangeable.

When refunding/exchanging, please make sure that the item is in its original condition with the packaging and tags intact. Otherwise, request of refund/exchange will not be accepted. Supporting images or detailed explanations could help our understanding regarding the issue, thus speeding up our processing time. However, our team will do our best to inspect every item before we ship any goods to our customers.

Our refund/exchange policy is not applicable to promotional items unless the product has unacceptable defects. We will bare the responsibility by offering refunds in terms of store credit or sending in a new item depending on stock availability. 

Please note that exchange requests are only applicable within 10 working days after receiving the purchased item(s).

To request Refund/Exchange;

  2. Pack your item together with the original packaging.
  3. Deliver the item(s) to the address below: No. 830-D, Jalan Mak Intan, Pekan Teluk Intan, 36000 Teluk Intan, Perak ATTN: Sin Joo Heong Confectionery
  4. Upon receiving, our team will make sure to review and process the request within 2-3 working days.
  5. Once request is confirmed, we will notify you via email for further updates.
